Questions about Counselling

Do you offer Medicare rebates?

Medicare does not offer rebates for counsellors.

Do I need a referral from my GP to book with you?

There is no need for a referral or diagnosis to book an appointment with a counsellor.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 50mins.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged in full for the session.

I have more questions - can I speak to you before booking a session?

Yes. Please book a complementary 15minute call with me to discuss any questions you may have.
